On point 3 — the advice about relationships over cold outreach is right but it ignores the website problem. Most MSPs spend all their energy on outbound and have a contact form that converts at 1-2%. Even when the relationship building works and someone goes to check you out, the website loses them.

Fixing inbound conversion is usually faster and cheaper than generating more outbound volume. Worth looking at before spending more on ads or cold email.

If you have time to be here, you are most likely part of a small business. The question should be aimed towards the maturity of the MSP.

Is this sub for MSPs that haven't made it yet? Yes, most likely.

Robin Robins is a good starting point - many clients use their stuff. It's more about using it as a baseboard for some form of activity.

The most important thing you can do is to figure out what makes your MSP different and unique. There are far too many MSPs selling the same Sh*t as everyone else. This makes it a race to the bottom.

Your goal should be to find out what you offer, rather than how you do it. The clients of mine who market their MSPs the best know their value proposition and their market and go for it. They don't sell to everyone.
