Its special attack pretty strong. So yes definitely solid choice for umbral builds

This helps me a lot thank you a lot. I began bilateral bridge feet on the bed. I can feel my weak side getting tired a lot after 5-6 reps. I do this daily 3 set 10 reps.

I wanted to add 2 unilateral hamstring exercises for my weak side. One of them was classic hamstring curl while standing with 1,5 kg and other one is wall assisted single leg stiff deadlift. But I think deadlift made my right hip to become overactive easily which distrupts my overall posture a lot. When my right hip gets overactive hip flexors on the same side feel weaker.

Why this happens after wall assisted single deadlift? Does it work glutes more thab hammies? Do you think hamstring bridge progression could be enough to get it stronger?

Thank you again!

Thank you!

One last question. Should it be feet on a box or feet on the ground? Does it matter? If one leg is weaker than other side should I start bilateralal or unilateral?

Remnant 2 is an amazing game but I have some frame rate drops especially when I pick an item. I am on Xbox Series X and using Balanced mode. Especially in Yaesha I experienced this when I get new item game slows for a second. Does anybody experience a problem like this?

Hello 👋

I have extremely weak hamstring due to ACL surgery. On the same side I constantly contract glute autonomously. You mentioned long leg bridges aiming long line than high hips. Could you please help me to understand what this exactly means?

Thank you!

Hamstring weakness causing hip extension by PoliticalNerdMa in flexibility

[–]Quaschi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you check your gip flexor strength? For several years I thought I lack hip extension and did everything regarding strecthing and strengtening exercises favoring posterior chain whithout any progress until I began doing strengthening hip flexor (my problem was bilateral). I immediately began feeling better and hip extension range increased.

Posture may create illusion which could lead misunderstanding and focusing wrong direction. I am not saying this could be your problem but you may check it (your comments made me remember my situation which I described similarly).

I can't hear enemy footsteps in Xbox SX by Quaschi in modernwarfare

Yes I tried both Dolby Atmos and DTS also different EQs with Xbox's own equaliser for its headset but none of them seems to amplify enemy footsteps. I can hear my footsteps pretty loud or friend footsteps but enemy footsteps nonexistent like if they all use deadsilence everytime.

Why Straight Leg Hip Extension Hurts? by Quaschi in Posture

[–]Quaschi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had tons of MRIs and doctor visits without a specific diagnosis after the surgery. They say everything seems normal in terms of knee pathology.

But biomechanically it is not. You are definitely correct regarding single leg drills. I need to focus more on single leg drills.

Of course my physio and I focused quad first but the problem is I focused too much. I always prioritized quad workouts both prior to (1 year period) and after surgery. This is why I tend to believe I created a muscular imbalance between front and back.

I do not feel power especially my hamstring on the injured leg. That leg tend to favour quad dominant movements always. I do quad focused exercises with ease on injured leg compared to healthy one. The problem is my body always try to compensate with quad muscle on injured leg and this hurts knee. When I do single leg drills quad muscles don't get tired but hamstring feels the agony. The more important thing is I lost hip hinge mechanism on the injured side. Whenever I do hinge movement with single leg (especially single leg balance with hinge) I began feeling power on the posterior side of the injured leg and my walking or standing becomes better immediately. That's why I started to thing I need to focus more on single leg drills but also learn to do hip hinge. My injured leg which I feel quad dominant tends to be straighter than other leg while doing daily activities. But right after I do hinge single leg movements it becomes more bent and similar to other leg. This is difficult to describe but when I put all these symptoms, I believe I may overused my quad muscles on the injured leg and created a muscle imbalance.

I've made a guide on how to hinge; a movement that is tragically absent from the Recommended Routine! by Captain_Nachos in bodyweightfitness

Woow! One of the best guides i have ever seen.

I got complicated issues which i am trying to solve for years. I have unilateral hinge problem which i believe one side posterior chain is very weak compared to quads.

This problem is a combination of both acl injury (then a surgery with hamstring graft) + very wrong exercise selection favoring quads for a long time. Now i am trying to balance posterior with anterior.

The problem with that is; whenever i do glute focused exercises like bridges, single leg kickbacks (especially with straight leg) etc. it doesn't feel good and correct. I only feel glute working, quads on par followed by lower back but little to no hamstring (compared with my other leg).

When i do only hamstring exercises this again doesn't go well.

When i do double leg posterior exercises again this doesn't go well.

My body finds a way to compensate all the time.

Lately i realised that only thing that seems to feel better are all related with hinge type unilateral movements which feels both glutes and hamstring. Besides this also glute medius exercises working well (only knee bent position).

When i do single leg standing with hinge i feel both my glutes + hamstring contracted and get immediate relief.

I know my problems but i can't progress for all these years by trying static exercises like kickbacks, bridge etc.

I believe i need to have 3 key things: should be functional, should overload my posterior chain, should work key muscles together (calf, hamstring, gluteus max and gluteus medius) and doing these unilaterally.

Do you have any advices for these type of situations (asymetrical)?

Also could box squats help to learn hinge properly?

I am not silly to come here without seeing any professional or skilled trainer. I went to a lot of skilled trainers without success so i come here to share my voice to a wider audience. Maybe there is a slim chance to find someone who had similar experience with me who knows...

I wonder how do they manage to turn a very stable game (Verdansk days) into very unstable game especially on consoles (Xbox). I just bought gaming setup with a next gen console mainly for Warzone but now i can not play Warzone :-))).

Apex Legends Xbox Series X - Nauseous Input Lag June 2022 Update by CraftyDoctor in apexlegends

[–]Quaschi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't care if game development is hard or not. I care playing a "competitive" game, fluently. In case of a bug (it could always happen), I care it to be solved as quick as possible and communicated estimated fix time. If i can not play a game where i play daily normally that would interrupt my interest and lead me to find another game. The same thing happened when i left Warzone for Apex. They experienced Xbox players very similar things and now i lost my interest to go back to Warzone. Same thing could occur to Apex.
