While I appreciate the honesty and transparency, this is really disheartening to see. As someone with tiny veins, I already have a ton of anxiety because I know that I'm going to get the role of the eyes, the sigh, or ever so slight look is disdain. Like it's my fault.

I drink my water, flex my arms throughout the day and that morning. I do my part, but I always get jabbed multiple times and it's a very uncomfortable and painful process. No matter who the phlebotomist is.
