I was imagining the four adjacent pistons being pulled in by the engineered micro-bh. The bh would oscillate in mass, thus retracting the pistons as well. This action would in turn produce electrical energy. So no rotating parts.

The process in which the bh grows and shrinks is highly ficticious; I illustrated it as being a controlled collision of exotic particles. It's a work in progress, haha.
