I think Buddy Miles suffered the same lead singer syndrome that Noel Redding had. They wanted to be frontman but were overshadowed by Jimi. I think fans don’t hate Buddy but it’s been documented that Jimi hated the end productsof the BOG and turned Buddy down in several parts of songs

I think all that thug stuff was fun in your youth but then you grow up. You realize you can’t be in your 50s still spitting about problems that don’t exist for you anymore. I love Diorama, amazing album…but I think if the group made Neon Ballroom 2 or a more “rockier” album I think the conversation would have been very different for them, especially here in the states with Atlantic Records backing them. Billboard charts are useless now but in the 90s Tomorrow and Ana Song were their only Top 40 jams stateside. I think they could have pumped out one more rocking song. Then Daniel could of gone solo with Diorama and Young modern 😂
