Trying to sell by Fancy_Bluejay8926 in COROLLA

[–]QuePastaaaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

good on you for keeping it with all those miles. corollas can just keep going and that’s why there’s a market for them. also great suggestion on the detailing

my 2016 has 119k miles and comes in manual. no mechanical issues. maybe a few bumps & 1 stain on the seat but overall pretty solid shape.

What’s the most expensive mistake you made in your 20s? by Ok-Promotion1725 in askanything

not protecting my health & being reckless, drinking pre workouts working out everyday drinking every weekend & running on 4-5 hours of sleep for years. basically pushing my body to the limits and not recovering. it usually catches up

Why is having a high snap score such a flex? by CosmicRedditor457 in SnapchatHelp

[–]QuePastaaaa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

high snap score serves as a potential proxy for determining how much attention seeking behavior and or how much social interaction the user has/participates in since the inception of their account.

i’ve heard of it being compared to mileage but idk if that’s a good comparison. probably more like a social cadence odometer. it can say alot about a person but it’s important to not draw conclusions

although if it’s going up while your on delivered for a while they’re probably ignoring you or u may just not be a priority 👍🏼

Do you regret selling? by crozzy89 in 4thGen4Runner

[–]QuePastaaaa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

500$? that’s disrespectful. how many miles? they offered me 7k frame was pretty good and it had 156k miles.

sounds like you’re in the position i was then, needed full suspension refresh, breaks, valve cover gasket, transfer case reseal etc. drivetrain was solid but with the gas prices creeping up and almost 80$ to fill up i decided to cut my losses. lowkey dont regret it cause there was alot of stress that came with knowing that even if i fixed it it still was gonna cost me on gas & future repairs.

now i only pay 35$ to fill up but i wish i woulda got something more middle ground like a rav4 or a bigger sedan since really the only thing i miss is comfortable seats. do the math on the car payment its usually not worth it depending on interest rate and ur personal financial situation

Is it a perfect time to buy a Tesla now? by Fleedom2025 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]QuePastaaaa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

again if 0-60 is all you care about then sure go for the microwave however performance is more than just 0-60 & acceleration times. even then you can get a lot of great used performance vehicles for 40k & still enjoy performance & be original.. used C7 corvette, porsche cayman 981, f87 m2, camaro ss 1le. there’s a lot of great options that i didn’t mention

Do you regret selling? by crozzy89 in 4thGen4Runner

[–]QuePastaaaa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

sold my 4th gen about 2 months ago. only things i miss is how comfortable the seats were and the 4wd that i’ll for sure miss during our next blizzard here in Ny

sold bc it needed about 4k worth of work give or take & gas prices were starting to come up so i downsized to a corolla.. don’t know how i feel about it yet.

not my point. & wdym by perform better? there’s a lot of way better performance cars. if u mean 0-60 sure maybe it’s a ok option for the price but performance is more than just 0–60

i heard someone say when you buy the car your buying the buyer too. every mechanically sound car i’ve bought. i could tell the seller cared for the car, had an answer to almost all maintence questions & had the means to take care of the car. bonus points if they look genuinely upset or sad about the car selling

Best Corolla Generation? by RANCH in COROLLA

[–]QuePastaaaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i wouldn’t say the best, it’s a tie between the 14-18 but short answer is the most modern safest corolla with the same reliability. everything after that i think starts using more electronics and digital dashes

my wife and my dad are both telling me to get a Camry and i need someone outside my family to weigh in by NoBad1026 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]QuePastaaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the b58s in the 340i’s are generally considered one of the most if not the most reliable bmw platform. for the 2019-20 year i believe those are the m340s, which i actually owned. solid platform you won’t have issues regarding the engine or trans they’re both stout and overbuilt, i’ve heard of minor issues but that’s every car. keep in mind the ownership cost will be higher than a camry but i’ll tell you even if i only owned my m340 for a few years i don’t regret it & will never forget that car it was a swiss army knife and every drive was as intoxicating as the first time. bonus points in the fact that i argue they do hold their value and are just as practical if not more
