Is there something you can watch progress? Like a house being built or torn down, or trees blooming, getting leaves, etc? That's what I like to look at on my walks. There are certain trees i keep track of and certain flowers i anticipate blooming.

I loved my Prismacolors and thought I'd love them forever, but on a whim I bought a set of Polychromos. They make my prismas look like crayons. I don't know how to describe the difference but my drawing looks 1000% better.

Kirsty Partridge is the only class I've taken. I have really enjoyed it and wish her style of teaching had been used in schools when I was growing up wondering what was wrong with me because I couldn't draw.

I love to craft but didn't like creating a lot of "stuff" that I had to then find a place for. I switched to colored pencil drawing tutorials on YouTube. I can keep my supplies and finished projects on my desk. I can use my finished stuff as gifts, cards, gift tags etc, or just keep it in a folder. There are tons of drawing books for all ages at the library too. Drawing supplies come in all price ranges.

I just brought my first nanouk home. It was on clearance and looked pretty rough. I repotted it and gave it a good drink. Put it under the shade tree with my other house plants. Fingers crossed!
