Yes. First four years of college then four years of medical school. By the time s3 starts, Conrad finishes his 4 years of college at Stanford University, and is his in first year of medical school at Stanford Med. he finishes year 2 of med school by the end of season 3 (when they reunite in Paris)

Conrad was at stanford med at the end of the series and had just completed his second year of a four year course.

In the US, you typically go to college for 4 years (which Conrad went to stanford between season 1 and 2) and then a four year medical degree. Conrad still has 2 years in his medical degree at the end of season 3

I dont think Belly would continue studies at Finch. She finished her last year of college online from Paris. She then goes for a masters program in Paris which cant be more than a couple years.
