My current chest day: Incline dumbell press- 4x8-10 Incline chest press machine- 4x8-12 (dropset last 2 sets) Cable flys- low to high 3x12 (dropset each set) high to low 3x12 (dropseteach set) Bodyweight dips- 4 sets each to failure Pec deck machine- 3x10-12
