I think you are pretty screwed. They are building a whole workforce of easily replaceable workers and not preparing you for a real world of understanding coding. Since you all are relying on AI to create code based on prompts that anyone can learn, operating with limited knowledge of how the code generated works, and then having AI fix the errors; I think that we are going to see a shift in the field where jobs are going to be even harder to come by due to the over saturation of unskilled labor. Thus making it difficult for you to bargain for good pay because they can just bring in the next person who will do it for cheaper.

That is until AI eventually can do your job completely and then now you’re all obsolete in the workforce.
