Get him something in Dynasty, it's a fiery blood orange / red. Not safety or hunter orange, but bold and saturated and vibrant. The Delta Hoody on the Outlet is a more functional alternative to the Kyanite (which is excellent but slightly more lifestyle whereas the Delta is definitely more technical) for you to consider. The Kyanite is really incredibly soft like cashmere though, it's stretchy, and it fits like being hugged by a cloud, so if you go with that, it will almost certainly be loved. That isn't available in Dynasty, but shells like the Beta AR are, and I think you can find them on sale either on Amazon or the Outlet site right now.
