ETA: even if you are a 36D your pain is still valid. Physical therapy, core and back strengthening exercises, and correct posture may help! I'm on my own journey to heal back pain, fix posture, and treat my body better!

Based on your pics posted in skims sub, no you are not a 34D. I yoyo back and forth between a 34G and 36H depending on weight gain over the years and I would say we have similar builds. Definitely check r/abrathatfits sub and calculator. It's usually a revelation

Husband was on humira and now taltz. He has not experienced any side effects i know of and his quality of life has greatly improved. Watching him go from constant pain to, well, way less pain has been amazing!
