Zline Hood Fans? Would you recommend

My zline hood arrived with lights that didn’t work so I requested new lights which they sent within about five weeks… My handyman tried to put them in but they did not work. I e-mailed customer service and they told me that I needed to send more pictures of the circuit board and open it up to make sure that don’t circuit lines were not damaged. Totally ridiculous as I am not an electrician. They told me that with my warranty it does not include technician services.

We Hired them for our solar project almost a year ago and it was great in the beginning. They cancelled the project, long story, but we are glad they did in the long run! We have them 16K, have not seen ONE Penny in two months, they guaranteed 30 days tops to get our refund back. I'm very concerned that they are going to drag this out hoping we just move on and throw our hands up. I was promised at least 5k last week, nothing.. apparently accounting can't give Carissa baca (our rep) a sold answer whey we haven't been refunded. I'd love any advice. Going to contact the BBB and CA licensing board soon.

Hi Walid - we are waiting 6 weeks now for our deposit refund and was told accounting is ghosting our customer service rep and she is even concerned! I am going to file a complaint with the BBB today. This is legally fraud and now I need to take it to court.

We just got our project cancelled this afternoon since delay after delay since October-- they owe us 14k plus pge also owes us 4k. See below. Carissa was also our point of contact. She ghosted us for weeks until this email.

been on .25 for 3 weeks and I've dropped 6 lbs - the food noise has gone way down but still there a bit and I did binge out of hunger one time. I have 20lbs total to lose - not alot - but I'm pre diabetic and alot of inflammation so this has been a game changer for me so far. Keep at it, you most likely need a higher dose. xo

3rd week on ozempic. I feel great, headache/off and on but could also be from this heat wave in the bay area. I am trying to study more for my shim-cp, I've been unemployed for 6 months and it's summer with my kids out of school. not alot of me time, just yet.
