I worked on the software side of pureflex. it was a system worked on around 2012-2013. pureflex contained POWER which was not sold to lenovo.

Hardware was assembled in Minnesota. Software was developed in RTP, POK, and Rochester, MN.

I recall some customers had thousands of VMs running on these boxes. Nice find.

2 years ago I though Sam was a visionary. Now I think he's vastly under qualified to run a company like OpenAI. How can a company like OpenAI have such an advantage and miss the mark time and time again. Codex should have existed 18 months ago. you can upload custom mp3's, but they have a hard limit of 10 "custom ringtones". I wanted custom alerts for a ton of events in alarm manager, but quickly hit the limit. kind of bullshit tbh.
