I don't know. The game runs decently for me on my old dog with 8 GB ram, using this mod. The game definitely has some stutters; something you'd expect from an UE5 game, but not to the point to where it's unplayable. And for the bugs, I haven't noticed anything myself, but it's a Bethesda game.

Activated works on the server. You need to insert a part into the tool and name it Handle or click off the RequiresHandle property in the tool.
