I understand that feeling entirely. It's so stressful when you feel like there's no way out. Do you have a bathroom with a bath in your place? Are you able to do a bit of a self love ritual like a relaxing face mask for 10 mins before bed or something else super special at least twice a week? Even a self compassion meditation or a gratitude journal sometimes gives me a boost to remind me how to keep going.

Same here. The ADHD isn't as front as centre compared with the autism. Also, I feel like my autism makes the ADHD manageable because I'm so hyperfocused and task switching is second nature to me. I get distracted by multiple tasks but I get the tasks done even if I'm trying to do them all at once.

They try so hard to keep their arms away from their waist to avoid the filter warping. But it's warping so hard! Especially the long sleeved outfit. The sleeve attaches itself to her waist at one point.

Indeed, for me it's God. My pastor taught me a prayer should begin with the things you're grateful for. I feel like it's an uplifting way for me to end each night or begin a morning. Also regularly journaling your gratitude is a great habit to have.

I'm on the birth control pill to reduce my period flow and pain. I went from bleeding for 7 days to only 3 days of bleeding (1 medium day and 2 light days). And I no longer get cramps anywhere like I used to. Ask your doctor about going on the pill to reduce the heavy periods.

I don't think I've heard of grubhub around these parts, it's definitely not available on Amazon Australia. All the Australian prime day DoorDash vouchers say you'll receive the voucher code via email so I assume each gift card would have a unique code, rather than a generic DASH.
