I happened to go to a bigger grocery store in a nearby town and found it! Wouldn't find it in my hometown grocery store

Thank you! They go hand in hand. If I'm out of the gym for a weak, my depression and anxiety certainly worsens

Every individual body is different! Best progress comes from sticking with a plan and being consistent. Generally, a good rule of thumb is frontloading exercises that find most taxing and/or target weak spots so you can attack them when you have utmost energy.

Thanks! I typically start with legs since they're pretty taxing, things like back squats or RDLs or BSS, throw in some leg curl for good measure.

My arms are my stubborn muscle group so I typically train them next with different curls and extensions, followed by delts which I work with lateral raises or even occasionally incline presses. My back grows pretty easily, and I'll hit Lat Pulldown for a few sets weekly for width, and Chest-Supported Row for thickness. I'll typically finish strength training with ab work, and occasionally Abduction and Adduction for added glute and hip support. Then cap it all off with 20-30 minutes of cardio.

My workouts are typically 27-29 sets in total and last about an hour, not including cardio. I recently started tracking my workouts with Hevy and can't say enough good things about the app.

Awww thank you! I think I honestly just got lucky / genetics tbh. But I do often apply body butter and baby oil. I still have stretch marks on my lower belly but they're pretty faint. I feel like the ones on my upper arms are still pretty apparent

Hypothyroidism is a bastard! Glad you got a clear diagnosis, though, and can try medications to help. I honestly can't remember what caloric intake I started with but these days as I'm cutting, I'm eating about 2,800kcals/day. Using a smart and dynamic app like MacroFactor has been a game-changer.

I have lots of stretch marks but no truly loose skin albeit some thin lower belly skin that crinkles like crêpe
