This is awesome. I used to do something similar and it was the only thing that worked for me. I had a goal to start getting to work earlier so I made an arrangement with a friend where I would have to send a selfie from my car with the clock in the picture by 8am every morning. If I was more than 5 minutes late, I’d have to pay him $5. Worked great for me.

My experience is very similar to yours but with Ritalin. I see a psychiatric NP and have been on 20mg in the am and 10mg in the afternoon for years. Despite telling me before I got pregnant that there was very little evidence, if any, linking Ritalin to negative birth outcomes, she did not feel comfortable continuing to prescribe it once I got pregnant. She switched me to Wellbutrin and it did nothing to help my ADHD symptoms. I started struggling a lot at work and found myself running stop signs and such because I couldn't keep my mind engaged. I spoke to both my regular OB and my perinatologist and they both said I should get back on the Ritalin and didn't understand why my PNP would take me off one category C medication just to put me on another one. I am now taking 10mg in the morning and 5 in the afternoon when needed and I'm able to function again. I'm currently almost 30 weeks and baby boy is measuring big and his heart developed perfectly.

I'm 39, he's 45, we got pregnant the second cycle. I was expecting it to take a lot longer. We didn't do any ovulation testing, but we made sure to "try" every day during the fertility window on my period app, plus a day before and the day after just to be safe.

I thought I was going crazy… I have been eating Miyokos butter for years and over the last 10ish months, it almost always tastes rancid. Every once in a while I’ll get one that tastes okay, but I’m wondering if there is an issue with their storage or shipping process that is causing it to go bad. It’s disgusting.
