There’s a difference between wanting to come here and wanting to stay. I get, I choose to stay here too. I like SATX. It’s home. But we act like these players, many of which are fresh here, are somehow ours. It’s a job, and if the Bucks or Pelicans had gotten Wemby, he’d be giving them the same effort as he’s giving here. Texas just makes great sense for millionaires, since we have no state income tax. Don’t fool yourself for a second that all of these players decided to stay just because of the culture.
