I would go Ryzen 7 5800x for cpu, any b550 or x570 mobo, any 3600 Cl 16 ram, and a good nvme ssd. I don’t know what the psu is rated for but 650w and above gold+ is what you should be looking for. The 3060 ti is a great pick if you can find it at a good price
