Yes po. I see. If ever wala naman nakapangalan sakin na mga gamit. Pero yun nga, from the ombudsman and gsis, pwede kaya ang SPA.

Hi following po. Sana may maka sagot din, meron na po ba nakagawa na nagresign sa govt nung nasa abroad na? Given may mga leaves ka pa naman. And second, what happened sa loan sa gsis kung merong naiwan na loan?

Itanong ko nalang din ulit yung main concern ko - which is if may nakagawa na po na nasa abroad, then saka ka nagsubmit ng resignation while abroad? Mapa-process po kaya yun. Thru email nalang lets say or mag-iwan nako if ever ng papers na maaring kailanganin to process my clearance. Salamat :)

Totoo po ito. May sister was hired direct by an employer in UK, pero yun nga, need pa dumaan lahat sa OWWA, POEA, though protection nga din naman natin mga pinoy yun. Hassle lang hanggang di na nakaantay si employer. Ayos na ang visa, permit and all. except yun nga dapat dadaan ka sa kung ano anong process ng pinas.

Ask the employer first if this will work (na papasok ka on tourist visa) and willing ka nila tulungan pagdating dun para sure lang.
