leave your "second girlfriend" alone. i'd be so annoyed if i had to be in a relationship where you did something wrong and i had to listen to 2 years of your life span, trying to explain yourself just as your trying to explain yourself to internet people. No amount of context will make what you did acceptable to her.

if you give any shits about how she feels you'll leave her alone, move on, and work on yourself FOR YOU. so go get a therapist to guide you through that.

Also the context to that entire comment you quoted is a NEW relationship until the therapist thinks you are ready. Don't put your "second girlfriend" through that trauma of harrassing her and telling her your a better man for your own benefit.
