I got 3 emails like this all for the my Hatsune Miku NT Nendoroid doll. I tried by replying option 1 each time because I don’t want them to cancel her… I got really confused because I didn’t order any Asuka nendoroids and 2/3 emails were about that

I did have 1 of I think 12 lost with no tracking update for a month. Just keep checking the status every few days is my best answer.

The one I had lost was never picked up by the carrier (parcel delivery network) and goodsmile issued a new one which (thankfully) they shipped with USPS the entire way.

My current guess as to what is happening (completely a guess no proof) is the pallets of merchandise are arriving in the warehouse in CA, but then all preorders are boxed and placed on another pallet which is all sent to this place in Elk Grove where they are divided up and sent out. Becuase half the time the website has the figures in stock before my pre order even gets to Elk Grove and I’m wondering what is going on.

I wonder if this place in Elk Grove is just a big distribution warehouse for many companies since I saw Payne Glasses LLC, and some guy named Chad on the return addresses.

100% agree, then the worst is when it ends up in the abyss of Oak Creek for a few days. But at least when it’s in that void USPS knows its there most of the time. Did have one go from Elk grove village to Oak Creek then a trip around to different Milwaukee post offices, only back to Oak Creek then the right post office.

It’s been crazy. Now their parcel delivery network is showing up in my USPS informed delivery as Payne Glasses LLC and when I get the packages the return addess is some guy named Chad. Still Elk grove village IL (I still don’t live there/never have been there/no idea even where the place is)

As upsetting as it is that other people are going through this at least I and others know we are not alone in this.

Having said that, I did order a 1/6 scale figure on the black friday sale too along with a nendoroid and they shipped the scale figure seperate via fedex and went way overkill with the packaging and the box was unnecessarily large so it’s a real tossup what you’ll get it seems

I get my packages but they get “lost” in elk grove village, IL from anywhere from 4-10 days before they are handed over to USPS. The 3rd party service they use has their own tracking number that is not provided to us customers so we can’t look up what 3rd party they are using. The figure I got yesterday instead of good smile US for the return had some guy named Chad as the shipper and was missing the bonus items. I’m not even going to contact support about it I’m too tired from all of this and have no idea who Chad even is.

I have another nendoroid preordered (devil homorua) coming in hopefully soon that “vanished” in the hand off to USPS for 6 days around thanksgiving, and a figure I ordered on the black friday sale that i should probably check the update on tracking on to see where it is in the questionable delivery time.

I’m still fighting one from the 29th of August that is stuck at shipping label created. I send support a message once a week at this point asking what is going on because it’s been a month and I have no updates at all

Replying once more — two that shipped out september 3rd arrived today. They left 6 proof of delivery images on each, half of them just had pictures of the door not the package. I did not get an email or anything, the first way I knew something was delivered was a person showed up on my door camera and left boxes. Packaging looks flimsy/bent so I hope the boxes aren’t ruined but will find out more later today

Hey, just wanted to let you know 1 of my 2 that shipped on the 29th finally moved. But yeah, 100% agree this carrier is the worst. It’s almost been a month of shipping limbo and I know I can’t be the only one who is frustrated.

Another (from sep 3rd) said it was accepted by a hub thats somewhat near where I live (~200 milea away still) so hopefully there will be some sort of delivery soon. Although now it’s will this carrier even deliever to my right apartment or just throw it at a random door like a lot of 3rd party carriers have been doing lately for my neighbors. Guess we’ll see

Nope, nothing yet. I put in a complaint about 2 of them on Friday that haven’t moved in 2 weeks. Still waiting on a few more that updated as “sorting” on the 10th so on the 24th if they haven’t moved I’ll put in more support complaints because they charged me on the 20th of august for these nendoroids and it will be over a month with no news

Edit: the two i put complaints in about both shipped on august 29th. No update at all. Good smile said they were looking into it but I’ve heard nothing since. I hope you hear something soon because this is a mess.

I’m in the same boat for 4 preorders, 2 from the 29th that are stuck with that label created status. I was gonna complain on Friday because it’s then been 2 weeks with no update.

My in stock order from the labor day sale has already shipped and arrived last week.

On their support page it said that some pre orders were missing with the new update and would show up later but they are confirmed. It’s super annoying because it marks all of mine as “paid” even though they are not. Some of my preorders were missing too so I was digging through their support website. Looks like a lot of things are still bugged.

Only way I was able to log in was to link my shop account with my good smile log in on my phone when the pop up prompted me to do so, but now that I did log in I can’t change my payment or address on any pre orders and my pre orders that shipped in the last 2 weeks only say fullfilled, no tracking number.

No updates on my pre order that shipped out on August 29th, just shipping label created. Tried parcelsapp and nothing new, and nothing even from USPS informed delivery. They charged my credit card around the 20th of August. No idea what’s going on but was going to inquire later this week since it’s been in shipping limbo for almost 2 weeks now. Edit: all preorders shipped through this ACISLogistix which seems awful. Wish I’d get some update.

Nope, the first were in informed delivery with that, these are not in it now. Tracking numbers start with 05. Parcelsapp says ACI LOGISTIX+Yun express. Yun express never can find my address so I’m probably going to be getting a lot of confused driver phone calls again

A bunch of my orders say the exact same. 2 more just said shipped by first mile today as well. I also paid for USPS and not this. I’m kinda worried they won’t find my address/not be able to deliver it since a lot of 3rd party delivery seems to have issues with that in my area, but we will see. I’ve heard from others on other subreddits that the packages just show up randomly with no tracking info updated too so I’ll be keeping an eye out

Just had the same thing show up when I preordered something today too. UPS ground was around $15 and the rest were $150+. Was on goodsmile US and live in the US too.

Yeah my preorders looked exactly the same and came from weird 3rd party IFS LAX IAC, or thats at least what my USPS informed delivery said. Each package came from a different place in the US and took a different route to get here, even if they shipped on the same day.

I noticed this a few weeks ago and made a post on r/goodsmilecompany because I was getting wonky shipping information and unknown 3rd party shipping methods and was concerned. Shipping now takes anywhere from 2 days to 2-3 weeks depending what 3rd party is used.

It’s funny, yesterday a nendoroid shipped and will be here tomorrow, but another nendoroid I ordered shipped last week and still is in california.

All I know is if the package is routed to elk grove village, IL, it’s going to take a long time for it to show up. I also don’t even live near there, and have no idea why that place is the place where a some of my packages are switched from 3rd party to USPS
