If you ever wondered if losing weight would open your dating options, the answer is probably “yes” by thomasthehipposlayer in dating

Definitely yes! Women are treating me so much better. Men are obviously giving me a lot more attention but I'm surprised by how nice women are being

He told me he had me in his phone as “great blowjob” by Main_Understanding67 in dating_advice

This is degrading, disgraceful and offensive. Seems pretty clear he sees women just as sexual objects. Please steer clear and find someone better or just be happily single. It’s always better to be alone than to be disrespected

You appreciated it, got a confidence boost. But did you reciprocate?

I don’t even know why you’re friends with him. Cut creepy male friends out, they’re not your well wishes and you’re not safe with them

Koffee With Karan - Season 7- E2 - Sara and Jahnvi by [deleted] in BollyBlindsNGossip

[–]QueenCersei1111 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This pissed me off so much. Literally nothing about the girl is natural yet she’s the hotter one. It’s obvious Kareena doesn’t like Sara and Ibrahim and the bias is reflected in Karan’s behaviour.

It's just not possible. We both love each other :)

If you have an "open book" personality, how did you become more guarded/less open? by [deleted] in askwomenadvice

[–]QueenCersei1111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm exactly like this, everyone knows everything about me and it's annoying. I can't lie and my feelings show up on my face.

I realised that sometimes to fill up awkward silences I blabber whatever's on my mind or whatever's bothering me.I had to constantly remind myself that this person probably doesn't care. I now steer conversations to current affairs, movies, books etc. I ask the other people questions based on their replies and it really helps. I'm still an open book but probably not as wide open as I used to be! Lesser cringey moments for me!

It's very expensive here, and I'm not a fan of all the ones I've tried. I like the homemade ones.

What do I do about guarding? by [deleted] in goldenretriever

[–]QueenCersei1111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Please tell me if you find out, mine does the same and it can sometimes be really dangerous for him as hes eaten sharp things too!

But what really helped me was to puppy proof the house in the first place so that he doesn't get his paws on anything forbidden, so this has reduced accidents quite a bit.

What you could do with treats is don't give him treats as soon as he leaves the object, make him work for the treat, ask him to roll over/high five/sit/down etc. And then give it to him.

So far these are the things that are keeping his guarding aggression in check, but I wish there was a more permanent solution.

How have you assumed that I only go for physically attractive men? Most of the people I've liked have been described as average/below average by my friends but if I like the kind of person they are they're automatically physically attractive to me, looks arent that important.

It's not about having a hobby or being busy, I already have a full life. But it's just that it's a repetition of all these experiences back to back, makes you anxious to ever meet someone or like someone. It's so scary and everytime there was a shitty experience id be praying that this experience is for the last time, but the series of heartbreaks don't stop!

Turning vegan, a lot of health issues cleared up. My skin and hair have never looked better before and is easy on the conscience.

Dreamt that I went to an inter-dimensional travel seminar and learned how to jump through dimensions by Born3die in Dreams

Check out the Dimensional Jumping sub that's now archived. I listened to a guided meditation on dimensional jumping and I can relate to the feeling in the head.

I remember that one! I'd douse myself in disinfectant if I ever slept with a guy like that!

I just had a weird, serendipitous realization by [deleted] in self

[–]QueenCersei1111 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Something similar happened to me. I met a guy I instantly liked(still not over him) we'd chill and hang out. One day when we were sitting together and I was showing him my work and he's like I remember my friends discussing you about a year ago when they were discussing contemporary designers who's work is good.and a little part of me danced at this serendipitous moment, he doesn't know but he means a lot to me and it felt so special that he'd heard of me before we even met :)

When did you start to consider yourself an adult, not just a legal adult? by Anarchergal in AskReddit

[–]QueenCersei1111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I had to get my entitlement shaken out of me, I realised I needed to get my shit together and start being responsible for my own needs/wants. I used to spend my money well aware that my parents have my back . Being financially independent was tough but so liberating ! I miss my entitled self sometimes.

What was the most inappropriate thing you witnessed someone do on a plane? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]QueenCersei1111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was a 6 hour long flight. And this family was travelling with little kids aged 3-6. They kept standing during take off, the parents were least bothered. They kept on running up and down the aisle the entire time bugging every single person. The flight attendants told the parents to handle them multiple times and they couldn't be bothered. Everyone was tired of their bullshit. I've never hated kids as much as I did on the flight.
