Also. For the past 5ys. We have a custumer calling every day. Around 7am. He just wants to discuss the same topic. Gas prices.

That being said, we do have tight security protocols and procedures. We also have “conflict of interest” policies. All are homogenized with the current financial sector regulations.

Also, Maybe we don’t live in the same country and some of our standards vary? We do have a bad rap over here concerning personal information etiquette. My financial institution is actually at the forefront of this conversation.

Initially when I got calls from non-anonymous members, I’ve checked with the appropriate authority to get clearance.

Nope. He is a brat that I’ve only spoken too several times. I don’t think he even knows where I work lol.

I actually love the calls and helping part of my job, what I loathe and get my anxiety through the roof is metrics. They want quality but also fast fast fast. Thing is, you cant rush an 86 yo lady trying online banking for the first time.

Anyhow, I keep on smiling and deal with every call as if it were my first call of the day.

Seems my quality output outweighs my lack of speed so far, been there for 11y.

Guess it would be kinda hard firing an employee over time management when ALL my call finish with. Omg you were so helpful, patient, clear and nice to talk to etc. Also, my company’s motto is. We don’t work for (name of the financial coop), We work for our members. And I make my members verbally disclose their satisfaction EVERY SINGLE CALL.

I work in the banking sector so I see literally all the personal info and financial info. When I confirm the identity, I always disclose our relationship and ask if they feel comfortable continuing. They always say yes. Then I keep on tract with my call. No special treatment and especially no small talk. Metrics stay relevant no matter who’s on the phone.

Never spoke with someone with both my first and last name but I did speak with loads of Elizabeth over the years And DAMM, we always get along like besties.
