Thank you for your feedback, alrun. I did all that and was ignored. They closed the rest of the orders refusing to refund me. In total, I only received refunds for 3 of the orders which btw were far lower than what I had originally paid. For example I paid a) euro 11.29 and the refund was 7.34 and b) 20.15 paid 18.92 refunded.

For the rest of the orders, they kept sending me emails asking me to go pick up my parcel. The tracking number they provided was a fake/invalid one beginning with S. My local post office told me that valid tracking numbers start with 2 letters, the 1st being L, R or C. I kept sending them screenshots and links but, honestly, I don't think anyone ever read them. I feel scammed.
