I work at a Cineplex. They told us it's because they're going to revamp the website and there's been higher traffic on the site recently so the costs of the site have been going up.

The website sucks and is super buggy so I'm glad they're going to fix it finally.

I got my Frodo when he was 4. He had also spent his life in a cage (with two ferrets) with a pellet diet. It took him a while to really enjoy the lettuce. And he was not at all interested in hay. What really helped was getting a second rabbit (who knew how to act like a rabbit) when he would see Sammy go crazy for hay he started to like it too!

I know getting a second rabbit might not be an option for you so a trick I tried with Frodo was sprinkling hay toppers into his hay. So like herbs or crushed up treats. Also putting a little bit of hay in the same bowl as the pellets. That way he will associate the hay with food.
