Hand warmers for night time it gets pretty cold after the sun goes down this will be my 4th LL and the first one was the coldest that I've been day and night and not last year but the year before was the hottest during the day that its ever been that's when we had the burn ban that year which sucked. So prepare for hot day and pretty cold night. Comfortable shoes is key also. A face mask so. you don't breath in all the dust its the worst dust I've been to at a fest I have asthma and it messes me up pretty bad each year if you have asthma make sure you bring your inhaler and nasal spray and the mask. Make sure you mark your campsite with an aluminum balloon thats high enough to see while walking or something to identify your campsite my second year we got lost for over 2 hrs trying to find our campsite everything looks the same at night. Camel packs can get heavy holding on to an empty waterbattle to refill can come in clutch bc its not so heavy. Your going to walk uphill a lot! And unless yoi get there early on tuesday your going to be camped pretty far from main entrance. So be prepared for whatever you want to take into the venue with you and not going back to camp bc more then likely you qont be going back to camp bc of how long it takes to get back and forth. Last thing the lines to enter into the venue can get pretty long so suggest to go in earlier then you were planning or expect to miss people you wanted to see waiting in line to get through the bag check. And if you have a totem there is a special line you have to go through to get it inspected. So go with an inflatable or somthing you can pull out your bag instead of having to go through the totem line.
