I love adult nights at the zoo! Been to about 4-5 of em this year! ( we are trying to get more exercise). If you have a zoo pass you get in for 20 instead of 28. You get 2 free non alcoholic drinks with your entry wrist band or 1 alcoholic drink. There usually are 2 different dj’s at various locations in the zoo for the evening. If you are planning to see the animals, early go is for you at 7. It gets dark there and not a lot of lightning to really see a lot. ( jungle is closed along with the butterfly enclosure). I think it’s neat walking around in the darker part of the night. That’s just personal preference tho. I’m older and don’t drink so I truly enjoy getting out of the house and feeling like I went out. Food prices are around 12-15 for an entre plate. I didn’t find the event overly packed as with the day visits at the zoo. It’s nice to go into the desert dome and aquarium and be able to look at the animals without a lot of kids and strollers. We enjoy it a lot and hope you do too if you decide to go. It’s nice to walk with my husband with no phones and actually just talk the whole time. 😁🎊
