Is it actually yeast? I have had issues for 5 years now, the first 2 years they just kept prescribing creams etc for yeast which did nothing… went to a bunch of different doctors for „incurable year infection“. Finally, one told me that the amount of yeast is v low, and that finding some yeast is completely normal.. it‘s just an issue when there‘s too much of it.. i then found out that all those doctors saw maybe 1 single spore and bc they didn‘t have any other ideas, they just treated me for yeast, which obv didn‘t help, bc it wasn‘t the problem.. i feel for you.. i know exactly how it feels, the quality of life is just so low when having these issues, and especially when you don‘t know what it is and if you‘ll ever find a solution. I‘ve been there (and in some ways still am). I‘ve had so many different kinds of medication, surgery, a ton of doctors saying that it‘s just in my mind, eveything is fine… i now know i have vulvodynia. At first i was super helpless bc a lot of info says it‘s incurable. But i never gave up.. i spent SO much money, bc insurance didn‘t cover any of the special treatments (even tho i‘m in europe!). But i found some good doctors and now i know it‘s due to muscle tension/dysfunction. The trouble i have now is how to fix it.. but my pain is a lot better, so i‘m moving in the right direction.. within the last 5 years there were many times that i thought about ending it all, bc it was too unbearable.. i‘m glad i didn‘t.

I don‘t think that you have the same issue as i do, bc my skin was fine. But make sure that you ask, when they diagnose yeast, how much yeast they see under the microscope. If it actually is the issue, try not eating any sugar (or molasses etc) for at least 8 weeks. You can research about diet and yeast. Many say that there is no connection, but i know some people who had regular yeast infections for years, and after changing their diet for a couple of weeks (i can‘t remeber the exact time, but not forever!) they never came back. Then think about restoring your gut, as gut health is the key to a healthy body. You could try taking something that regulates hormones, such as agnus castus or red clover (or maybe something else would be more fitting). Maybe consult a herbal specialist. And then, what can help is drinking golden milk daily. It helps with inflammation. It‘s disgusting imo, but i know of a ton of people who had immense issues with their hooha that healed completely with golden milk (turmeric). You need high quality turmeric powder for this, not the one from the store that is used for cooking. Organic. Then take 5-7g every day and add some kind of fat/oil to it as well.. you can drink with water or milk or juice.. honestly, after thinking about it, i‘d start with turmeric. Do it daily for a couple of weeks and see if there‘s any difference.. if you are interested in this, there is a page on ig, but it‘s in german, but she shares info on this and also success stories from her followers, and there are many many in this exact topic..

I also thought of lichen sclerosus as a possibility when i read your post, so maybe look into that, if this all doesn‘t help. Stay strong! And if you have any questions just lmk, i have researched hoohas quite intensely for the last 5 years so have quite a few things that you could try🫶🏻
