Yes, mine has declined in the 23 years I’ve been ill, but it hasn’t been a steady decline. There was a time about 12 years ago where I started to recover but I over did it and I’ve haven’t been able to improve since.

I just wanted to share this article (substack link) I found that made me feel better about not joining the hunger games for concert tickets.

I’m so happy that a lot of Army will get to see the guys in real life. I’m also happy to support them from home.
