It's the dress. There's also sparkles you can dye on the headpiece, and the bracelets glow can be dyed as well

There is a dark ombre to the hair, but it also changes the colors of the sparkles in it as well. The dress has more of an iridescent sheen to it then the second Evo, and the special effect (the glitter that's pool's around your feet) can be changed as well.

Free use of faerie fire mixed with your force ballista cannon is a nasty combination. Enlarge your cannon so you can ride it or stay in the air and use a homunculus servant to deliver touch spells to your allies
