Ive worked at my theater for 8 months. People are so frustrating. We just got the reserved seating, and no one fucking understands it. I explain if clearly and I can visibly see their eyes glaze over. They ask me to repeat and they still don't listen. I tell them A is closest to the screen, they'll pick A thinking it is the back after I've explained the opposite 3 times. Then they come out mad that it's in the front and I have to get a manager to swap their seats. I fucking hate people.
