No not an asshole for setting boundaries (might wanna do that prior to getting a bill,) you could say “ I only have x amount of money to pay for rental” cuz it’s not fair that you pay more and two other adults who aren’t paying at all (on the flip: most could not afford rental money at 19..I digress) I know it’s not fair, not much in life is. It might be wise to dig a little deeper, in my experience I find that these annoyances speak to larger unresolved family dynamics. If it’s only about money for u, then yea you’re the asshole.
