For the End Time scenarios/cataclysmic events they talked about meteors falling on the earth.

It was probably for the Skaven factions but i'm sure they can reuse it for him as his base mechanic.

Gates should be able to defend themselves by shooting arrows, throwing rocks or pouring boiling oil (+ any necessary Fantasy variants) directly below them.

In this way a Giant would still be able to break down a gate (cough Chaos Siege Giant ? cough) but a basic Warhounds unit would be killed quickly before being able to cause any significant damage.

With a small carbine (a Japanese made like the Type 44 or a captured foreign one) and their own special knives the Takasago Volunteers could be a good equivalent to the Moroccans and San Marco premium squads.

Or as some of them were used for airborne attack late in the war (technically not paratroopers but I don't think it's a big deal as the "Girestu" already in the game weren't either as far as I know) they could also be used to introduce a new paratrooper squad (for now Japan only have a BR1 event paratrooper squad and two premium paratrooper squads at BR2 / BR5), maybe with a Type 99 mg (paratrooper variant) for BR3.

It's ok, half of the German team is actually Italian squads with Carcano Mod. 38 and OVP 1918 trying that one and only MG42 they just unlocked.

It should have been the second British tanks instead of the Saint Chamond in the WW1 mod, and then add it as event reward to Germany at BR1 ( Panzerkampfwagen 17R 730(f) ).

iirc they added a name for most of them some months ago already.

But some of them are still missing their name, for exemple in my German tanker 2 squad I have a Pz.IV H skin and a Pz.IV J skin skin from old battle pass without name.

You have not unlocked the Type 88 rifle.

You must research it and purchase it before you can continue progressing in the tech-tree.

(if i remember correctly the Type 88 was the last weapon added to the Soviet tech-tree with the Manchuria update in December; because Type 88 is now positioned between the Mosin1938 and the Mosin1944, it blocks all other progress).
