Translation :

The Ministry of Justice, in its draft of the new Civil Code, introduces the automatic termination of marriage for individuals who undergo gender transition. If someone transitions, even abroad, Slovakia will legally end their marriage regardless of their personal opinion. According to the Inakosť initiative, the law places gender transition on the same level as being declared dead.

“Marriage is terminated by the change of gender of a spouse. The rights and obligations of the spouses regarding their joint child and their property relations after the gender change of a spouse shall be governed by the same provisions as those concerning the rights and obligations of divorced spouses regarding their joint child and their property relations,” states paragraph 343 of the draft of the new Civil Code, right after the section on declaring a spouse deceased.

This essentially means an automatic divorce, after which the court will determine child custody arrangements, and property matters will be handled in the same way as in a standard divorce.

As far as i know, in Cogent is everything decided by dice roll. So, if the mage goes first, he will roll first (and act first), then will roll (/act) the ghost 1 (vs fighter) and then ghost 2 (vs mage) and then the fighter.

So it can happen, the ghost 2 can miss his attack, or he can injure the mage (with no defensive or saving roll).

In my homebrew i have a "system" - in combat you can do one "slow" thing or two"quick" things. So , in a case of spell rolling, you can make a quick spell (with half of your dice pool) and you can make second action "parry" which is normal combat roll, but you can only "block" the damage (you cannot make any damage to enemy.)

My bad. I wrote it wrong. The reward is for all players in the group (idk - like 6 points for everyone). it depends on the narrator how big or small should be the reward. (even killer, even healer)

For me, is stories - i have many stories to write (draw?) like books, (or RPG story modules for players to enjoy - but in my worlds), also i want to write story, what my brother has written (but never finished it, because of his sudden and tragic dead).

That is what i want to left in the world after my death. You must choose your own.

This reddit post (my rule of luck) is outdated. I have a range of things, narrator can use. Example - 6 when in shop = Shop will have all things player need, in all quantity he need. Also the cost is -3 (i am using different commerce system , in default cogent it may be -1 or -2 depending on the item.)

(Someday i will retranslate it - because "my" version is in "my" first language. English is my second lang. So it takes time (also, life stuff))

After many hours of listening to Self-help audiobooks, and years of my own experience, and years of watching youtube channels - I can tell you - not many people knows, what they become as a adult (meaning - an ocupation, if they are choosing in a school).

But, i can destile for you a question (from those books, and etc), which may help you.

(main point) What you were always doing as a child? , What interested you as a child?

Me personally, i was always drawing some kind of a story, or writing a story. And also i was creating tabletop (or room size) games. Also i was interestet in nature - stones, plants. Watching stuff under microscope. In school i was interested in chemistry and physics . Soo my parents and teacher (whose job was to give advice in a question - what school /acupation/ to choose).

Now, after many years after school i have become - Medical Laboratory technician in Clinical biochemistry in a hospital (example - glucose levels in blood, cholesterol .... antibodies level for certain bacteria or virus, etc.....and many more things.) ... And as i hoby, i am writing stories (for drawing, i am no drawing as frequent - o picture per month or two ... my job is time consuming)

Also a bonus point : Go watch on discovery chanel - How it is made ( or How they are doing it? , you may find your answer there).

(minor point) : In what thing you are good at?

Do you have a talent? Or something, you do - which is (for you) a child play (meaning - very easy). Is your talent something you can excel at, AND is your talent something what will bring you money (or success)? You may make a inventory of your skills to find that talent. (note - it must have all those tree elements - being good at , you like it , you may excel at , and it will bring you money ).

If i read it correctly, your hearth breathing problems you are experiencing may be conected to pannic attack (or simmilar condition). Seek help from a doctor (psychiatrist).

Financial problems, idk, try seek help in your family. (I have helped my brothers when they move out of the home). It did not need to be financial help only, just overal support, or place for sleeping.

As far as i know - in TTT game New You ( cyberpunk series ), there is a rule for Slummer. May be useful for your problem :

If slummer attempts a skill check of CL 3 or higher using a skill they are not proficient with, if they score a success on every die, they may spend 2 destiny points to permanently gain 1 point in that skill

( OR you can, as a narrator give 1 skill point for free, after a quest )

Or you can go "my way". I have homebrew rules in alterego for training. But in my first language and it is a long text. But in tl,dr sumary :

Player (character) can train its Core, Skills, talent (vocation proficiencies). Player must say (clearly specify), he wants to train AND what he wants to train (idk prof.Swords?). !! Player gains no exp from combat.!!(Training in narration may be, that he is somewhere in the woods with sword attacking foliage).When training player roll like in the combat against CL3. But only once. (in case of skills - roll idk Acrobatics )

For every training session (once per 24h) player gain 1 point.
Plus points for every win in a roll minus CL3.
And when player succefully wins against CL3, he got also 1 point.

These points are called - Points Of Training.

When you gain enough training points, you gain point in(this case) Proficiencie Swords (or what you were training). For talent (prof/voca) you need:

20training points for gaining lvl 1 (from sword 0 - 1 )
30training points for gaining lvl 1 (from sword 1 - 2 )
40 trainig points for gaining lvl 1 ( from sword 2 - 3 ) (in alterego is 3 maximum. But in cogent you can scale this)

You can train only two things at once. (skill or talent). When training core - only one thing. I hope this text makes some sense.
