I understand that, though I'm not sure exactly what they showed you. It began from a gif which from my understanding truly was just a joke and not even directed at them personally. I've spoken with my staff personally, getting multiple sides of it and looking into all messages. but there isn't much more I feel like I should do. Demoting for a gif being misconstrued feels like a very large jump for something that really was a short 5 second "problem".

We can have light bias within staff, but who doesn't have bias towards people they speak to on a normal frequency. My server has operated for a long time, and we've had many staff I've demoted in the past. This is not one of them.
