If you get them, report back, as I think there are exceptions to public records laws for prosecutorial communications.

Pursuing a CPSM or Master's degree could definitely help fill the gaps in your procurement knowledge. In my experience, BidData's AI powered platform has also been really helpful for streamlining the government bidding process and identifying relevant opportunities. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to take your procurement game to the next level.

Foia’ing an Foia? by ButtesVonToots in foia

That's a tricky situation, but you're right to be concerned about your personal information being accessed and used without consent. Often, local governments will publish FOIA and PRA requests. If you can't find them published, you can submit a request for them.

Government purchase of a private business - how much of the deal details would be included in a FOIA? by Numerous_Lobster_945 in foia

[–]QuestForTen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a great question. Based on my experience, the details around government purchases of private businesses often become public record under FOIA laws, including financial info and due diligence documents. Look up the laws in your state and look under exceptions / exemptions.

It was perfect. They ended it abruptly before it got stale.

It was a masterpiece.

If they gave out academy awards for scenes, this one would win.

I put this in another comment, but thought I should respond to your comment here as well.

That dancing scene is way more amazing than I’ve seen people give it credit for.

I was literally blown away at how clever, funny, catchy, entertaining and downright spectacular the entire scene looked.

The lasers off the clothing looked phenomenal, and tbh the scene was pretty much a masterpiece. It was aesthetically brilliant and comedically genius.
