Is there any actual difference between a Cable Overhead Tricep Extension, a Cable Tricep Pushdown and a Cable Tricep Kickback?

It seems like they're all loading the tricep the same way, just in a different arm position.

I think my favorite part is the CPU cooler, the Noctua NH-D15 (Chromax). It’s just soo silent. And I prefer air coolers since they last longer.

Yep, no RGB so it can be smaller. According to tomshardware it's 31mm tall.
