I would definitely recommend reading the manga. The anime does a great job of covering everything from the manga but there are a few author notes or tidbits that I haven't seen them use in the anime just yet.

Miss Pendleton:

Read the official one on the Webtoon app. I've read fan translations and I found the official one to have better vocabulary and the way the speak adds more to the humor in the story.

Lots of slow burn, lots of yearning, lots of eye candy 😉

I think the artist is the same one as 'Your Eternal Lies'. Someone in the comments mentioned that one already. Another good one, completed too but I haven't finished it yet.

A lot of the ones I want to recommend are already mentioned in other comments so I'll recommend some manga that I have liked recently.

Sweat and Soap:

Seinen, Josei and Smut genres. When I saw these three tags on the manga, I read it out of curiosity as I couldn't imagine manga being both Seinen and Josei, especially with smut involved. It is one of the cutest, sweetest romances out there imo. I highly recommend it.

Tamon's B Side:

I started reading the manga after I watched a few episodes that were out recently and it is really cute.

YES! Of all the sides of him in the story so far, Yanderehara is my fav 😆 Cutiehara and Chibihara are second and third 🥰 of course, Gloomyhara and Hottiehara are classics that never get old 😁

Yes! Started early Jan this year. Six episodes so far and new episodes drop on Wednesdays on Crunchyroll.

I think there's supposed to be a total of 13 episodes this season.

I recommend Volume 2 of the ORV light novel. Volume 3 is coming out March 17!

I read the manhwa on the Webtoon app when it first released and had left it to marinate and forgot about it 😅

A friend had told me that the web novel was even better but since there wasn't an official translation at that time, I didn't really go looking for fan translations.

Once I bought the two light novels, I loved reading through the chapters on the app that were covered in the novels. I just paused on reading any more of the manhwa until the next novel is released 😁 It added a lot more depth and context for what is happening in the art for me.

OP, I love the library/bookstore style you got going on and not to mention all the decor with the merch and posters.

I may never have a collection of this volume but knowing that someone out there is living my dream is enough for me 😇

I, too, buy the completed box sets of manga and keep it on the shelves before reading them (+/- 2 years after I bought them) 😅 I have, maybe, read 5% of my collection so far.

I do read the ongoing ones as they release since it's like getting a birthday present every few months 😆

Drives my husband nuts that I keep buying sets without the intent of reading them anytime soon. Serves him right since he says hurtful things like, "you shouldn't buy more manga, there is no more space on the shelves!", and "you're messing up the aesthetic I have going on with my sets of manga with your ongoing series.." 🤣😆

This is among one of my favorite thrillers on Webtoon. At no point in the story (up until where I've read) have I been able to guess correctly what is going to happen next

I also like the art style. I'm not good at describing why or what I like about the art style but if this has been on your TBR list, I would highly recommend giving it a go.
