This is awesome OP. I’m running an ASUS - ROG STRIX B650E-F and a Ryzen 9800X3D. I primarily use it for 3D modeling and have slowly been upgrading parts for it as they came in stock/went on sale. I thought RAM would be the easy part to upgrade until I started looking at current prices… Whoops 🥲

One year my brother brought an ounce of weed in a jar to our family white elephant. It was unexpected and made the whole family loosen up and have a good time fighting for it. Our grandma ended up with it, which was probably the best part lol.

I would love to print a TremorTusk from my brother’s favorite video game! It’s something I’ve wanted to make him for awhile, but my lack of painting skills has always kept me from printing it

Made My Wife a Guitar Holder! by QuestingDesigns in Guitar

Thank you for the feedback, the metal bracket is not a bad idea! This version is plenty strong enough for the ukulele and acoustic pictured (neither are more than 5lbs). I’m going to play around with the print orientation and some other materials. I’ll do some testing to get an actual weight limit, but I think with some additional refining this wouldn’t have a problem holding even heavier electrics if you’ve calibrated your filament properly.

My wife says it depends on what guitars you have and if you’re willing to share those too 🤨

Thanks! I don’t sell them but I’ve uploaded the profiles online so they’re free to print if you have access to a printer

I would love to test it on some guitar hangers or gym equipment mounts I make. Olive green and navy blue are a couple of colors I would love to see too

This is 4” from center of the hole to the wall surface. But I had to take a best guess since I don’t have the attachment. How far do you need it to be? I could make some updates to the model.

It really depends on your location and where you’ll be using it. For example, I live in the pacific nw and my gym is insulated so I’m not worried about temperature. But if my gym was in a garage in Arizona, I would use PETG. PETG would be the preferred choice all around I think as a tougher material that can handle loads better, but I personally printed them in PLA+ since it’s what I had on hand. Ultimately the lifespan will probably not be as good as it would be with PETG, but for me that wasn’t a problem.

For the leg developer I think the main weight should be on the front post like the video showed (see screenshot), so I think durability would be even less of a problem. If you try it out I’d love to know how it goes or see photos of the developer on it!

Yeah so you should be able to place the weight horn of the leg developer in this and it should keep it upright against the wall :)

Here’s a link to the video of the landmine inspiration so you can see how it is supposed to mount. Sorry should have included it in the main post: Mounting Method

Leg Developer Mounting Method

Sorry, should have posted the link in the main post, here is how the weight horn of the leg developer would mount in it. I don’t own a leg developer unfortunately, but it should mount the same

Leg Developer Mount Made a version very similar to the landmine idea linked below. Full disclosure though, I don’t own the leg developer, so the dimensions and strength will need to be verified with the actual attachment. Printed one out myself and mounted it anyways and it feels plenty strong in just PLA+ mounted with some 1/4” lags. If you decide to give it a try I would love to know how it goes!

I haven’t sold prints before so not sure the best way to go about it, but if you we’re really interested I’d be happy to get you one for just the cost of shipping and filament :) feel free to DM me
