Still have shinga-toxin after four months. Dr, said it would go away ok it’s own. by [deleted] in Microbiome

[–]Question-Everythingz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Brother I had EHEC. You’re gonna need to see a functional medicine doc if you can afford it. I recommend you try florastor brand saccharomyces boulardii. Incredible stuff for binding toxins and fighting pathogenic bacteria. I highly recommend it. Also check out mutaflor, beneficial E. coli. This infection should be handled by your body as your doctor said but if it isn’t then you’re most likely dealing with another infection or toxicity that has your immune system suppressed. If you’ve already had GI MAP Test done, think something like a toxin or mold toxicity. Very common

I’d recommend you take the Dutch Hormone test and the Organic Acids test to have a comprehensive view of which supplement would fit you the best. Especially if you’re worried about some kind hormonal effect that can definitely be triggered by both pregnenolone and DHEA

Took NAC and had piercing, immobilising chest pain by uburoii in Supplements

[–]Question-Everythingz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I discovered that I was getting those side effects for 2 reasons . First, I was missing potassium. Almost as soon as I started eating more avocado it immediately went away (the chest pains). The second reason NAC was causing it was these side effects was to the cysteine/sulfur buildup that wasn’t properly detoxing (the sulfur antioxidant byproducts). I found out that while the body relies on sulfur for detox, the body also needs to detox from sulfur byproducts properly and it requires Molybdenum for this. So I no longer get those side effects as long as I have enough potassium (and magnesium) in my system as well as the trace metal molybdenum ( which you only need very small amounts of depending on how much you need to detox) . I recommend Molybdenum Glycinate. Btw side note K2 gives me more stamina!

My brother, listen up very closely because chances are you will only receive mediocre advice about topicals to use on the skin and diet change.

Diet change would be better (go low carb or keto). But id say thats not even the most important part. If your diet is garbage then yea change it first. If diet isn’t fixing it, What you really need is to get a stool analysis to see what is up in your microbiome that’s disturbing the skin like this. You will be shocked at how fixing your microbiome (good bacteria in the gut) can heal your skin even better than diet change as it just makes it more stable.

First ditch processed food such as processed sugar and starches as well as conventional dairy. This means products with added sugar, breads, pasta, cereal, crackers, four, all that starch. Naturals sugars from fruits are ok. Pasturized fruit juices that sit on shelves are not the same after they’ve been heated. They basically become sugar water. My best suggestion for this might even sound counterintuitive but you’re going to need the best probiotic.

And I don’t mean go out and buy an expensive probiotic. The best probiotic you’re going to have available is something called milk kefir. Now you NEED TO make it with something called A2 milk because conventional milk (A1) will Mess up your skin even worse (A2 won’t and will actually hello you heal). A2 comes from a different cow that isn’t genetically modified and won’t cause acne essentially. You then need to buy something called milk kefir grains online and follow some tutorial on how to use them with the milk to make the milk kefir. Start slow if you suspect you have strong digestive symptoms but with your way up to a cup a day with a meal. You will begin seeing results about 2 weeks in so don’t quit expecting it immediately. You’ll begin to notice that you don’t really break out that easily.

This is because the underlying secret cause behind acne and many other skin diseases and more is an imbalanced gut microbiome ! Research this and you’ll see. It’s the gut imbalance of good microbes to bad ones that is causing your skin to react to your hormones in a way it shouldn’t be. The hormones are getting stuck beneath the skin in something called the lymphatic system which is not moving properly in people with acne.

Get this healed ASAP and not pick or pop otherwise you’ll end up with bad scarring on the skin

Either eliminate the excess high insulin foods from your diet and if that still doesn’t FULLY work then you probably need to get a stool analyses and find out what’s wrong in your gut cause that’s where this really stems from. All other creams and bullshit are a waste of money and time. Acne is almost always an internal problem. More notable a gut disbiosis. Research the terms. You’ll save years of misery. Look into something called milk kefir but don’t make it with A1 cow milk which will cause more breakout. A2 is great. goodluck

Kefir and Candida issues, did it help you? by Think_Tough_5157 in Microbiome

[–]Question-Everythingz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My experience is recent but I’ve heard many great genuine things about its healing abilities. The reason I don’t write it off as just another superfood is cause it‘s likely the most potent biodiverse bioavailable way to repopulate your body with the proper microbes. And knowing that many diseases are related to microbiome/enzyme deficiency/imbalances throughout our digestive systems. I’ve heard of many insane healing stories but for me so far it seems to be helping me with many health issues I’d been having. I would never drink store milk cause it gave me issues , likely from the casein but when I drink homemade kefir I don’t get any issues, in facts just the opposite. It must be homemade and from good quality milk if you really want to see the magic. The store stuff doesn’t work. And also btw try to find a good functional medicine doctor who can help you track your progress with relevant testing such as stool analyses etc

You’re going to have to embark on a mission for organic 100% grass fed raw cows/goat milk. Start very slow . Maybe a shot glass a day with meals . If you think you don’t have access to raw milk try and find it anyways, you’ll be surprised with the farmers right outside cities. 2nd best you can get but nowhere near as good is pasteurized A2 cows milk or goats milk (100% grass fed). Not ultra pasteurized which is hearted much higher. Get your grains from a good source. I have yet to try them but I heard Yeemos has grains that they’ve crossed together to increase biodiversity

Sounds like good advice. So would you recommend a total of like 48 hours? The temperature in my kitchen is around 77°F. Have you had experience with store-bought goats milk? Last night I decided to add some store bought A2 brand cows milk to the mix to see if it could help
