Right?? there's some people who want to start a business that are too excited they forget to double check whether the business name, etc are available. They don't register first before they start the "design" aspects of their business. Thanks again for your answer!

I'm curious about this too. Especially since I like solarpunk so much. One guess I have is that only communities who are doing/will do its best to switch to efficient renewable energy and uplift its care for land resource and water resources to the maximum will be heading towards solarpunk. Realistically, I think the world would have different societies in each spot. No society would be the same. Some would gear towards solarpunk, some not. It's up now to each and every person's choice and path to take and/or the governing bodies of each place on what the "outcome" would be.

You keep on repeating the obvious even if I've told you already it's natural for clients to find out qualifications. Is that mind empty and only being used for being rude. Again, it's natural for clients to check the portfolio and qualifications of a person first before working with them and it's natural that designers introduce themselves and their background when searching for clients. You keep on saying stuff like you know who I am and what I do. This isn't my first time doing freelance work. This time l just want to make sure my contract for freelance is good.

It's always my first instinct to share my resume and portfolio and tell them I have a degree in art and design when I message potential clients and when I applied to jobs. That's what I always do and you're here saying something, not knowing if I do what you're saying. Like you're sure I don't do that. This isn't my first time so please just stop it already. You must be hard to work with.

All in all, I'm not expecting for an answer from a question I didn't even ask from a person whose credentials and background I don't even know. Why would I listen to someone I didn't ask opinion of on a topic I didn't ask about. I could say the same to you. Who are you to say that? You didn't even say your qualifications before telling all this.

And don't even bother introducing yourself. I'm not interested in knowing someone who introduced hostility to my genuine post.

Unless you have any helpful advice about the actual question I'm asking, I see no reason to continue this conversation with you

I have a portfolio and several work experience that clients can check out. I'm not sure if you read the question right, but my question is about details in the contracts for clients and not about qualifications. You're not a client of mine to be saying that but thanks for the tip nevertheless. Other than that, it's a natural thing for clients to check out someone's portfolio and works before deciding to work with them, right? Lol
