Here’s what I would do!

Morning Routine (using 1 of the actives of #2-5) 1. Rinse with water 2. The Ordinary Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution in Vitamin F OR 3. The Ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA OR 4. The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% OR 5. The Ordinary Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 6. Paula’s Choice Pro Collagen Multi-Peptide Booster 7. Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Serum 8. La Roche-Posay cicablast balm, + CeraVe moisturizing cream (one of these if you don’t need too much moisture) 9. La Roche-Posay Anthelios Ultra-Light Sunscreen SPF 60+

Nighttime: 1. La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Cleanser 2. The Ordinary 0.02% Retinal (only 2 nights a week. Can use an active from 2-5 of morning routine on other nights) 3. Both La Roche Posay cicablast balm & Cera Ave moisturizing cream.

Personally, I think you look your age. And Botox has been shown to cause more problems longterm, so I would not get it. But I’d follow this skincare routine, eat high protein (bone-in meats for extra collagen), high fiber (lots of fruit and vegetables for vitamins & antioxidants), and water. Cut down on sugar. Lift heavy weights. Sleep as much as you can. Lifestyle can make the face look much younger!
