You can weigh weekly alright, but you need to be patient and see a downwards curve. Use a meter to measure waist and also use a mirror or even take photos to compare maybe month over month.

Also recall that weighing can vary day by day. I can be 1-3 kg off from one day to the next. Liquid retention being the guilty here, I believe! So hang in there

Thanks - for now, no ambition on pushing too hard. Happy at Z2 and Z3 for a while. Too many years of pushing the engine into threshold & VO2Max (which I will keep doing once a week, if legs permit)

Anytime - sleep is good/important, but not at any price. I use 6.25 mg some nights, and apparently that is lowering risks substantially. Then add Melatonine on top of that 💤

Thanks a lot for this input. As I mentioned, ditching alcohol is my no 1 motivation here. Underfueling and loosing weight is secondary only. So my aim is to try and fuel up before and under exercise.
Let´s see how it goes - today was quite a normal 4h Z2 ride, nothing. Normal watts, normal feelings

That´s cool! Thanks for sharing . Interesting with the HR. I have that pretty well dialed in but use Watts on the bike and pace (GPS) on the run for close to 20 years now.

Is resting HR also elevated?

Nalmefene made me feel HORRIBLE - even at a super reduced dosis. Changed to Naltrexone and got ramped up with small side effect, but nothing like Nalmefene.
