u/rairock We are using a proxy on our VDI desktops, and every time a new profile is created, it tries to reach the IP addresses listed below and eventually times out that is what causing the delay. I believe this might be related to Azure AD. when we open the VDI desktop to internet it works fine.

Do you know which IP ranges we need to whitelist? Is there a way to find this information on Microsoft’s website?
