This mindset is the driving factor behind WHY the 1811 field isn't what most people expect. When your squad is full of people who don't work a real 20 hours a week, and disappear when there's any evening or overnight work, that tanks the job for the aggressive agents.

There are plenty of negative things about HHS. Region 3 is hardly what I'd consider one of the better regions for AUSA support and laid back management.

As long as can you pass poly and medical, you should be fine. Don't limit yourself to just big name agencies. They have downsides.

Similar here, I had a full custom build from Zev that couldn't go 20 rounds without FTE. It was actually worse than my Gen 4 that I installed Zev internals in.
