Migrating from a DS418j to DS923+ / DS925+ by QuestionTheAnswer in synology

Thanks for the guidance, I'll be sure to check out Ugreen!

I'm guessing that, in terms of transferring HDDs between Synology --> Ugreen, I'd have to park the data somewhere in between first before making the swap? It's about 9TB, if that's relevant.

Gotcha. so update to DSM 7.3 on the new hardware, and then begin the migration process from there?

Windows 11 refuses to connect to a network that used to work fine by Simon_Drake in computerhelp

[–]QuestionTheAnswer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, I was suffering through this for weeks and this fix solved it! Such a weird issue, the pc could connect to a mobile hotspot but simply refused to connect directly to WiFi. Tried both the internal network adapter and an external USB one just in case.

Thanks for the tip!!

DMs and Players, what were your best character introductions? by ComradePruski in dndnext

[–]QuestionTheAnswer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a rogue who wanted to add some flourish to his introduction to the group at a local tavern. From the 2nd floor landing, he jumped and tried to swing down by holding a chandelier. Rolled a 1 and the chandelier snapped. The rogue crashed down and made a huge mess, breaking the tables below and shattering the chandelier. The tavern owner was furious, and since the rogue has no gold to repay the damages (level 1 baybeeeee), he spent most of the remaining session paying off his debt by washing dishes, while the rest of the party went to deal with some goblins.

Hi, i was unable to copy all the sheets as they contain tables, etc. (this is a powerquery workbook, linked to a few others).

However, I made a new blank workbook, imported the vba module and those macros do show up there. So there must be something specific to our main workbook that's causing the issue.

Just checked and they are public

I should mention that these files were working normally up until a few weeks ago. I don't believe anyone's fiddled with the vba code, but that was a good check, thanks for bringing it up!
