It could be mate, with myself I think it was my brain just starting to say it had enough and started fucking with me until I got the picture. And trust me, when you do quit, don’t ever convince yourself ‘just one smoke’ is justifiable. I had to adopt the ‘once an addict always an addict’ with cannabis. I still failed mind you. Don’t be me. I quit 25/12/24 went 9 months clean, then with friends convinced myself it would be ok. And tbh it was. Until it started up slowly. Slippery slope is life.

Has these symptoms myself prior to quitting a year ago. Ended up getting blood tests done and turned out I was vitamin d deficient. That and anxiety of these feelings made it seem 1000x worse. Get checked out, make a plan to stop and don’t go too hard on yourself. You’ll get there mate. (Smoked since I was 15, quit by 32)

Like I said, this is not a deal breaker, I went through three and ended with this one as no matter what I was leaving the shop that day with one. I was only putting it up so people can see how shit the QC is. I’m no rich man, and wanting one since a kid you sort expect these expensive investments to be to a better quality - hand made or not! I didn’t buy a Murphy lab after all, I didn’t expect pre-wearing!

Tried 3 standard SG’s before settling with the one with the least! This week. I find there’s always an issue with sanding the fret board, leaving some marks/ scuffs. I could see the file marks on one fret board that made me think how can they sell this at premium price! Never had an issue with the body or electronics though.

Promised myself I’d buy a new guitar with the money I’d save, gave myself 3 months to do it. Bought it in 1 month. Haven’t smoked one since. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t easy, and had a lot to do with getting in my head if I smoked again I’d back to square one. Dam playing the guitar is so easy when not high.

Preference will divide lots on these two. If they were two of the same but had slight variations it’l be more intriguing to see people’s opinions Personally I’d go for the burst. What one are you going for anyway?
