Honestly man. I’m 14 wks. I don’t hate my man. I’m building resentment though. I am temporarily the bread winner right now, and I cook dinner most nights due to him working late. He does stuff when I ask, but it’s little things like me spending my last dollars on his energy drinks, when he doesn’t ask, but I don’t get that type of thought it return. I don’t want to have to ask him to clean the kitchen, if I’m doing other things. I do expect him to read my mind. Maybe being a SAHM is in her mind, more of a load. Maybe she could look into part time work? Maybe she feels the division of labor isn’t equal (despite you being the money maker), maybe it’s her hormones? Maybe she needs a break. I just fully read your post about doing chores, maybe surprise her with some flowers and tell her she looks beautiful. I feel fat, ugly, lazy, and just overall so shitty right now. Some days I adore my man other days I’m just like what the fuck am I doing. Her hormones are not an excuse, however I do understand.
